Role Description
The Digital Head (Performance) – D2C / FMCG is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for leading performance marketing and digital growth initiatives across direct-to-consumer and FMCG channels, including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns on digital platforms. The role involves defining and implementing digital strategies, overseeing digital transformation projects, managing budgets and timelines,



and ensuring measurable impact on traffic, conversions, and revenue. The Digital Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, product, and technology, while mentoring and guiding a digital team toward achieving performance targets. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring web analytics, preparing performance reports, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining alignment between brand objectives and digital initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong capabilities in Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation to drive end-to-end performance-focused initiatives.
- Proven Project Management skills for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns and transformation projects.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership experience in managing and mentoring high-performing digital and marketing teams.
- Hands-on expertise with Web Analytics tools to track, analyze, and improve key performance
