Job Title: B2B Content & Marketing Executive

Compensation: ₹80,000 per month (Full time) | ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Part-time)

Work Days: 5 Days working (Monday to Friday) | EST Working Hours

Role Overview: The B2B Content & Marketing Executive will own Conferra’s content pipeline, driving storytelling and demand generation across digital and traditional channels. This role involves crafting high-converting B2B newsletters, managing social media channels, and coordinating large-scale brand campaigns (including event billboards and summit collateral) to engage executive decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Newsletter Pipeline: Own the end-to-end newsletter workflow—including ideation, copywriting, editing, design formatting, list management, and audience engagement tracking.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute B2B social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other key platforms to build brand authority and engage CMOs and growth leaders.
- Campaign & OOH Execution:



Oversee creative assets for high-visibility marketing projects, print materials, and out-of-home (OOH) ad campaigns (e.g., event billboards, summit signage, and physical activations).
- Content Alignment: Coordinate with internal design, growth, and event teams to ensure marketing collateral supports live event pipelines and drives attendee conversion.
- Editorial & Pipeline Reporting: Track performance metrics for newsletters and social channels, using data insights to continually optimize content reach and pipeline impact.

Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B social media marketing, copywriting, and newsletter management
- Hands-on experience writing and managing end-to-end email/newsletter content pipelines
- Exposure to large-scale marketing campaigns, summit ad execution, or physical event collateral (e.g., billboards, print ads)
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skil
