Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tool Room Machinist Incharge to join our team. Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily tool room machining activities, including manpower allocation and machine utilization. Ensure VMC, EDM, Wire EDM and other machining operations are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. Monitor job progress, productivity, dimensional accuracy and timely completion of mould components.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and allocate daily machining activities to machinists and operators.
- Supervise VMC, EDM, Wire EDM, drilling, grinding, milling and other tool room machining operations.
- Ensure machining is carried out as per approved drawings, CAD/CAM data and specifications.
- Check machine setup, tooling, fixtures, work offsets and machining parameters before production.




- Monitor job progress and ensure completion as per planned delivery schedule.
- Perform precision machining operations to fabricate tooling, fixtures, and parts to tight tolerances.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain quality and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
