Key Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving CNC, VMC & HMC machine shop breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
- Execute routine and preventive electrical and mechanical maintenance activities across critical equipment.
- Provide maintenance support for Heat Treatment and Gear Shop operations, ensuring equipment reliability and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory.
- Work closely with senior engineers to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective measures for recurring issues.
- Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and maintenance standards, fostering a protected and efficient work environment.
