Senior Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires solid leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to manage site teams, coordinate with various stakeholders, and resolve complex engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of junior site engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement project plans, including detailed work schedules, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies on site.




- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and identify potential issues or deviations from plans.
- Manage and resolve technical queries and site-related problems promptly and efficiently, liaising with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Oversee the setting out and surveying activities, ensuring accuracy and precision in all construction elements.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive site records, daily logs, progress reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Monitor project costs and budget, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and managing variations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
