We Are Hiring | Enterprise Sales Manager – VMS & AI Video Analytics

Location: Delhi NCR (Preferred)

At Videolytical Systems Pvt. Ltd., we build enterprise-grade Video Management Systems (VMS), AI Video Analytics, Command & Control Platforms, and Customized Computer Vision Solutions for Government, Defence, Smart Cities, Manufacturing, Airports, Critical Infrastructure, and Large Enterprises.

We are looking for one exceptional Enterprise Sales Manager to accelerate our growth.

This Opportunity Is For You If You Have:

* 5+ years of experience selling Enterprise VMS, AI Video Analytics or Computer Vision solutions with a VMS/VA OEM.

OR

* 5+ years of Enterprise Project Sales with a leading CCTV OEM, handling Government, Smart City, Critical Infrastructure or Large Enterprise projects.

Mandatory Requirements

* An established skilled network with System Integrators (SIs), consultants and enterprise customers.

* Proven experience in developing business through System Integrators and managing large project opportunities.





* Strong understanding of enterprise surveillance and AI-based video analytics solutions.

* Ability to engage CXOs, consultants, project teams and technical decision-makers.

Please Do NOT Apply If You Have Experience Only In:

* CCTV distribution or dealer/channel sales

* Retail CCTV sales

* Security guarding/manpower services

* Fire alarm, access control or networking sales without VMS/Video Analytics exposure

Key Responsibilities

* Develop enterprise and government business for Videolytical’s VMS and AI portfolio.

* Leverage existing relationships with System Integrators to generate new business opportunities.

* Engage with consultants, EPCs and end customers to position customized AI solutions.

* Drive opportunities from lead generation through technical discussions, proposal submission and project closure.

* Work closely with our pre-sales and engineering teams on complex enterprise projects.
