Job description:
Sarovar Hotels, a dynamic and growing company seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a HR Executive at Mumbai Location.
As our HR Executive, you will be Leading HR Department in all aspect of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relation, training and development, compliance, and payroll administration. You will work closely with the Unit leadership to ensure that all HR initiatives are aligned with the company’s strategic goal and objective.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in Hotel Industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Exposure to Hospitality Industry
- Payrolls
