The role

We take a client workstream and own it to production. You own one of them — scope, sequence, acceptance, and the difficult conversation when something slips.

You'll run it inside an AI-charged delivery process. AI drafts requirements, stories, test cases, and much of the code; our people approve every stage before work moves on. On our last core platform programme, 81% of delivery work products were AI-drafted before review, and it shipped in four months against the client's own twelve-month estimate. Both are our own measurement.

This changes the job in one specific way: your specification isn't a handoff document, it's an input an AI system executes against. Ambiguity a human engineer would quietly resolve becomes a defect at volume. Writing precisely is the core skill, not a soft one.

What you'll do
- Own a client workstream end to end and be accountable for what ships
- Work directly with enterprise stakeholders - CIO, VP Engineering, Head of Data - to turn business intent into a buildable specification




- Write requirements and acceptance criteria exact enough to execute against without guesswork
- Review AI-generated artifacts and decide what passes and what goes back
- Run the delivery cadence with a tech lead and engineers: prioritisation, tradeoffs, release decisions
- Hold scope and quality when a client asks for more, faster, and both

What we're looking for
- 10+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or delivery-side product management, on software that reached production
- Track record owning enterprise workstreams where you carried the outcome, not the backlog
- Exceptional written English - the most heavily tested skill in our process
- Fluent in enterprise reality: multiple stakeholders, legacy systems, change control, security review
- Credible on architecture, data models, and engineering tradeoffs without needing to code
- Direct experience with US clients and comfort with US-hours overlap
