Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct football training sessions independently for assigned age groups.
- Develop and implement age-specific lesson plans aligned with the club’s curriculum.
- Monitor and track individual and team progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to aid development.
- Communicate effectively with players,



parents, and fellow coaching staff.
- Maintain discipline, enthusiasm, and a positive setting during sessions.
- Support the physical development of players, including basic fitness and agility drills.
- Ensure player safety and adherence to club rules and protocols.
- Participate in tournaments, camps, and promotional events as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- AIFF D / C License or NSIS Coaching Certification (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of coaching experience post-certification.
- Strong knowledge of football techniques, drills, and youth coaching methods.
- Ability to plan and execute structured training sessions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with young players and their parents.
- Passion for working with children and fostering holistic development.
