About the Role
Ishan World is looking for motivated and enthusiastic BBA/MBA students specializing in Sales & Marketing to join our Retail Sales & Market Development Internship Programme.
The intern will gain practical exposure to retail sales, field marketing, customer engagement, construction-market development, product promotion, and lead generation. This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with field assignments and enjoy interacting with customers and industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit active construction and renovation sites in the assigned territory.
- Meet and interact with Architects, Interior Designers, and Residential/Commercial Site Owners.
- Identify recent projects, customer requirements, and expected purchase timelines.
- Promote the assigned Ishan World store, product portfolio, category, or V-3 vertical.
- Generate new sales and business leads through field visits and market interactions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with identified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.
- Submit daily digital field reports as per the prescribed format.
- Participate in weekly review meetings and learning sessions.
- Support the team in market-development activities and customer relationship building.
