About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident MBA Marketing freshers to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in marketing, sales, client communication, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through online research, social media, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and communicate our services effectively.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand and present suitable solutions.
- Maintain lead and client information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.




- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements
- MBA completed with Marketing specialization.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Valuable negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Must be willing to work from the office in Hyderabad.
