Mother Teacher – Job Description:-

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Mother Teacher who can create a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the assigned class effectively.
- Conduct activity-based and child-centered academic sessions.
- Make learning interactive through games, activities, demonstrations, projects, and practical examples.
- Encourage students’ creativity, participation, communication, and critical thinking.
- Teach according to the prescribed curriculum and academic plan.
- Monitor students’ academic progress, behaviour, attendance, and overall development.
- Maintain class records, notebooks, assessments, and other academic documentation.
- Provide individual attention and support according to students’ learning needs.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress and classroom activities.




- Coordinate with subject teachers and school management.
- Maintain classroom discipline, cleanliness, and a safe learning setting.
- Participate actively in school assemblies, events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.

Requirements :-
- Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Creative approach towards teaching and learning. - Ability to conduct activity-based academic activities effectively.
- Patient, caring, and responsible attitude.
- Prior teaching experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and teaching skills may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
