Role Description:
The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the AUTOvERA Premium Car Care workshop in Raipur. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle service needs, and clearly explaining recommended services, timelines, and costs.



The executive will manage customer inquiries, coordinate bookings, follow up on ongoing jobs, and ensure timely communication regarding service status and delivery. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, handling feedback and concerns, supporting insurance claim processes, and contributing to a smooth, qualified front-office experience. The role also includes building long-term relationships with clients, promoting services and offers, and helping maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
