Desired profile of the candidate
- Manage data consolidation from all departments and generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Maintain and validate master data with high accuracy
- Support CRM and WhatsApp automation platforms user management, troubleshooting & vendor coordination
- Handle barcode generation and maintain barcode database for product catalogue
- Assist warehouse and dispatch team with barcode-based inventory tracking
- Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers and networking devices
- Perform regular data backup and recovery
- Maintain IT asset register, software licenses and SOP documentation
- Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, hardware and software support
- Train office staff on current software features
Experience: 1-3 years (preferred)
Can also accept candidates with up to 3-5 years experience
