Role & responsibilities
- Financial Modelling: Assist in building and maintaining financial models, including valuation models, discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, and merger consequence analysis to support transactions.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct industry and company research to gather information for pitch books, client presentations, and transaction-related materials.
- Data Compilation: Gather and organize data, financial statements, and other relevant documents for due diligence purposes.
- Pitch Books and Presentations: Contribute to the preparation of pitch books, information memoranda, and client presentations for prospective clients and investors.
- Market Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide valuable insights.
- Learning and Development:
Engage in ongoing training and career development opportunities to enhance your skills and understanding of investment banking.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Relevant coursework or internships in finance can be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prior exposure to Investment Banking, FDD, Debt advisory is a plus.
