1. Independently vet and scrutinize Title Search Reports (TSR), Title Certificates, and Encumbrance Certificates (EC).
2. Review khata Certificates, property documents, EC to ensure regulatory compliance.
3. Draft, review, and vet mortgage deeds and other security documents
Preferred candidate profile -
1) LLB Graduate Fresher with required legal knowledge or
2) Experience in Legal Due Diligence, Title Search Report of properties offered as security for loans as per Karnataka State Laws
