Role Overview

The Manager of ABM & Growth will own Systango's account-based marketing strategy, demand generation initiatives, and enterprise growth programs across key global markets.





This role requires a highly commercial marketing leader with deep experience in B2B technology services, digital engineering, consulting, AI/GenAI, cloud, and software development services. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, delivery, leadership, and subject matter experts to drive engagement within strategic enterprise accounts, generate qualified pipeline, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

This is a leadership role responsible for marketing strategy, execution, performance management, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy
- Define and execute Systango's global ABM strategy focused on enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Build account segmentation frameworks and prioritize Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 target accounts.
