We are looking for a
Sales Specialist – OTT & Entertainment
who will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales and revenue growth across our OTT and digital entertainment initiatives. The role is highly
sales-driven and performance-focused
, involving active
lead generation, client acquisition, deal closure.

As part of our growing OTT and digital content portfolio, we are working across initiatives such as
Kaise Banta Hai, Heroes, Medical Gurus, and VFX Kingdom Games
. The role will involve taking these properties to market and monetizing them through
brand partnerships, sponsorships, content integrations, advertising sales, and strategic collaborations
.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Driving
lead generation
through market research, outreach, networking, and agency/brand connections.
- Managing the complete
sales cycle from prospecting to closure
.
- Building and maintaining a solid
sales pipeline
with consistent follow-ups and conversion focus.
- Pitching and selling




OTT content, IPs, and digital media solutions
to brands, agencies, and partners.
- Handling
client onboarding and account management
for OTT/media partnerships.
- Developing and executing
revenue-focused sales strategies
for content monetization.
- Building long-term relationships with
brands, media agencies, advertising agencies, and OTT platforms
.
- Achieving defined
sales targets and revenue goals
on a monthly/quarterly basis.

We are particularly looking for someone who understands the
OTT and entertainment ecosystem
, has strong
hunter sales capability
, and experience in
content selling, media sales, or digital advertising sales
.
