Role Description
The Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Agra, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused environment. This includes supervising staff, managing schedules, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The Store Manager will drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues, guiding the sales team, and ensuring service quality. Responsibilities also include managing inventory,



implementing retail loss prevention practices, handling cash and reporting, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role involves close collaboration with regional leadership to achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.
