A senior should be able to lead teams of Analysts and Advanced analysts and be responsible for client service delivery for a particular geography, area or specialization. Reporting in to a Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager, they will assist the management team in developing and coaching team members as well as ensuring that resources are deployed effectively

- Demonstrate a very high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge relevant to U.S. individual(1040) tax returns; demonstrate an understanding of more complex technical issues




- Drive the tax return preparation process, review complex tax returns and other tax deliverables
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with the clients and internal colleagues
- Explore opportunities to bring more work to the GDS and to EY by consistently providing high quality work
- Supervise day to day operations and engagement milestones with little or no manager involvement
- Demonstrate leadership skills in developing the highest performing teams
- Help Senior Managers and Managers with advisory and ad-hoc projects
- Develop engagement and financial management skills by managing own and/or other’s impact on project economics,including controlling costs, monitoring budget to actual differences
- Contribute process improvement ideas leading to higher quality service delivery to the client or greater efficiency in the compliance process
- Identify opportunities to leverage information and resources acr
