We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Category Executive/Assistant Category Manager to manage category growth across our D2C website and mobile app while ensuring a seamless customer experience and profitable business performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesCategory Management
- Manage assigned product categories across The Organic World's D2C website and mobile application.
- Drive category performance through assortment planning, pricing strategy, promotions, and merchandising.
- Analyze category sales, margins, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Benchmark category performance against competitors and industry best practices.
E-commerce & D2C Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform and mobile app.
- Ensure smooth execution of online campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with technology teams for website and app enhancements.
- Support D2C business growth through improved customer experience and digital merchandising.
Product Catalogue Management
- Manage end-to-end product catalogue across website and app platforms.
- Ensure accurate product information, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and categorization.
- Conduct regular catalogue audits to maintain content quality and product discoverability.
- Improve search visibility and customer navigation through effective catalogue structuring.
Product Pricing & Promotions
- Develop and implement category pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor market and competitor pricing regularly.
- Manage offer fixation, discount structures, and promotional campaigns.
- Execute trade plans and ensure timely implementation across digital channels.
