BI Analyst
Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled BI Analyst with expertise in data management to join our Transformation Team at Cushman & Wakefield. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of our business intelligence solutions while also ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data. This role requires a solid background in data visualization, data management and analysis, and hands-on experience with BI tools and technologies. Responsibilities
1.BI Solution Development:
a.Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using PowerBI
b.Collaborate with the Transformation and Broker Market Support Shared Services Team to ensuredata accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
c.Stay up to date with the latest PowerBI features, best practices, and industry trends andincorporate them into the development and maintenance process.
2.BI Development Efforts:
a.Lead design and development of data models, ETL processes,



and data visualization components.
b.Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to create data models for reportingand analysis.
c.Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and translate them intoeffective BI solutions.
3.Data Analysis and Insights:
a.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making.
b.Work with the Transformation Team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and developmeaningful metrics and visualizations.
c.Develop ad-hoc queries and reports to support business users' data analysis needs.
4.Data Management and Governance:
a.Establish and enforce data management best practices, including data quality, data integration,and data governance.
b.Design and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
