We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence for a fast-growing fintech company. The ideal candidate understands both social media and financial technology and can turn complex financial topics into straightforward, engaging, and trustworthy content.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Develop engaging content around fintech, digital payments, financial products, investing, personal finance, and industry trends.
- Write compelling captions, posts, scripts, and short-form content that make financial topics easy to understand.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
- Manage the end-to-end publishing process, including scheduling, posting, and content optimization.
- Monitor social media trends, fintech news,



competitor activity, and emerging content formats.
- Build and maintain an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify what content performs best and continuously optimize the content strategy based on data.
- Ensure all content follows the company’s brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and applicable financial advertising regulations.
