Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused QA/IPQA Executive to join our quality team

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our manufacturing processes meet regulatory standards, internal quality benchmarks, and client specifications throughout production

Key Responsibilities

Perform in-process quality assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing and packing activities

Monitor GMP and GDP compliance across the production floor

Conduct line clearance, sampling,



and documentation checks before and after batch production

Review batch manufacturing records (BMRs), and batch packing records (BPRs) for accuracy and completeness

Coordinate with production, R&D;, and QA/QC departments to ensure product quality standards are consistently met

Identify, document, and help investigate deviations or non-conformities

Assist in internal audits and help maintain regulatory documentation and SOPs

Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold HCP Wellness commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Certifications

B

Sc / M

Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related life sciences

B

Pharm / M

Pharm or Diploma in Quality Assurance is a plus

Hard Skills

Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, ISO, etc)

Familiarity with cosmetic and personal care manufacturing processes

Experience with documentation practices and quality recor
