To strengthen our BIM Engineering team, we are looking for an experienced Senior MEP BIM Modeler with robust technical proficiency in Revit and a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for international projects.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations for end users. The role involves managing hardware, software,



and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution aligned with service level agreements (SLAs), and delivering high-quality user support.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and other hardware components.
- Provide technical support including deployment of laptops/desktops, access provisioning, and software assistance.
- Resolve incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, network, and applications within defined SLAs.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles to improve issue resolution and user self-service.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and organizational standards.
- Work with ticketing tools and IT asset management systems effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding and addressing user needs promptly.
