- Design & Creative Direction: Lead multidisciplinary design teams to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable solutions with high aesthetic value
- Client Management: Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations, presenting ideas, and ensuring high satisfaction levels throughout the project lifecycle
- Technical Oversight: Ensure quality and accuracy of design documentation, compliance with codes/regulations, and provide technical mentorship to junior staff
- Consultant & Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to integrate design and resolve site issues effectively
- Sustainability Focus: Integrate green building principles and creative design practices into all project phases
