We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle AFCS & AHCS Specialist. This role is critical in driving the successful implementation and support of Oracle Financial Services Accounting Foundation Cloud Service (AFCS) and Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS). The specialist will work closely with finance, accounting, and technology stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant financial processes. Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle AFCS and AHCS solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Configure accounting rules, mappings, and journal generation, applying expertise in financial accounting and sub ledger accounting.
- Design and manage accounting event processing and financial data flows,
integrating AFCS/AHCS with various upstream systems.
- Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting close processes, collaborating with finance and accounting teams to streamline operations.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders across finance, accounting, and business functions, translating them into functional and technical design documents.
- Troubleshoot production issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to ensure system stability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls, maintaining the integrity of financial data.
- Support testing activities throughout the development lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, and production deployment, to guarantee system quality.
