About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead and manage statutory, corporate, financial, and regulatory compliance across our global entities. The role requires close coordination with finance, legal, auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, banks, investors,



and management to ensure timely compliance with applicable laws across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing compliance for multinational group

structures with subsidiaries in India and overseas, and will be comfortable operating independently across time zones and regulatory regimes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Compliance
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and allied rules for the India entity, and equivalent corporate laws for overseas entities.
- Track and ensure timely filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory forms (ROC/MCA filings).
- Maintain valuable standing of all group entities with respective regulators of incorporation.

2. Secretarial Compliance
- Convene and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including notices,agendas, and minutes.
