Production Planning & Operations
- Plan and manage daily production schedules
- Prepare and maintain daily order MIS report
- Ensure timely completion of jobs according to customer delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Customer, Design dept, Production Operators, and dispatch department.
- Ensure products comply with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Resolve customer quality complaints.
- Standardize work procedures & Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Team Management
- Supervise operators, technicians, and labours.
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Conduct employee training & Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.

Typical Experience
- Diploma in Printing & Packaging Technology
- or Approximately 2–3 years of experience in Offset Printing, Printing & Packaging Industry
- or at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or junior managerial role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
