Technical Support Executive International (US) Process

Job Summary

Baqira Technology (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and technically inclined candidates to join our team as Technical Support Executives for our International US Process.

The role involves providing technical assistance and customer support to international customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work comfortably in a night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical support and customer queries for US/international customers.
- Provide support through Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Chat.
- Assist customers with product setup, activation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose basic technical issues and provide appropriate step-by-step solutions.
- Guide customers professionally throughout the troubleshooting process.
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the senior technical team.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective issue resolution.
- Maintain defined TAT, quality, and customer service standards.
- Ensure professional, courteous, and empathetic communication with customers.
- Contribute towards improving customer satisfaction and overall support quality.

Candidate Profile
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 01 year of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, International BPO, IT Support, or related fields is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable communicating with US/international customers.
- Basic knowledge of computers, software, internet, applications, or technical troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
