Title of the position: Business Development Executive
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for technology, with a strong drive for lead generation, cold calling, and converting prospects into customers. This role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions tailored to their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new clients and new market segments.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the research & marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other outbound channels, using lead generation and prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads,
nurture prospects through the sales funnel, and drive lead conversion to closure.
- Maintain and update lead and pipeline data in CRM tools, tracking conversion rates and follow-up status.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying target opportunities. Requirements:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree/diploma in, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
- Familiarity with lead generation and sales prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is an added advantage.
