About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage potential international clients for our IT services and generate qualified business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in LinkedIn prospecting, international lead generation, cold outreach, and client engagement. The role will involve identifying decision-makers, initiating conversations, understanding business requirements, and generating qualified leads that can be converted into current clients and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential international clients across target markets and industries.
- Use LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, databases, and other online platforms to identify prospective clients.




- Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients and decision-makers.
- Identify key contacts such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and Procurement Managers.
- Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
- Generate qualified leads for IT services, software development, IT staffing, outsourcing, and technology solutions.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential project/business opportunities.
- Schedule introductory calls and meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development/Sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Track lead generation activities, responses, meetings, and conversions using CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Research competitors, industries, companies, and emerging market opportunities.
