About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Design & Project Engineer to manage metalwork projects from site measurement and design through fabrication, material procurement, delivery, and installation.

The role requires robust technical understanding, practical site experience, AutoCAD drafting skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, fabricators, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites and take accurate site measurements and dimensional details.
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Develop practical designs for steel structures, metal roofs, steel stairs, and other fabricated metalwork.




- Coordinate directly with clients and site representatives to understand and resolve project requirements.
- Prepare material requirements, quantities, and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and delivery.
- Coordinate with fabrication teams and monitor fabrication progress.
- Verify fabricated components against drawings and site requirements.
- Coordinate transportation, material delivery, and site installation.
- Supervise installation and ensure proper execution as per drawings and site requirements.
- Identify site and fabrication issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Manage project activities and coordinate between client, site, fabrication, and suppliers.

Required Skills
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical preferred.
- Strong AutoCAD 2D drafting and detailing skills.
- Strong practical knowledge of steel and metal fabrication.
