Key Responsibilities
- Develop new international customers and distributors for Sweet Corn Kernels.
- Expand business in Europe and North America (USA) markets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Participate in international trade exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and food expos.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international customers.
- Handle export enquiries, quotations, pricing, negotiations, and order finalization.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Ensure smooth shipment planning and customer communication throughout the order cycle.
- Address customer complaints, quality concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development plans.
- Work towards achieving export sales targets and business growth objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 6 to 12 years of experience in Export Sales of processed food,



frozen food, vegetables, or agro products.
- Experience in handling Europe and USA markets is mandatory.
- Robust understanding of international trade practices, export documentation, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in attending international exhibitions and trade fairs.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong customer relationship and key account management skills.
