This role involves identifying potential customers, educating them on the benefits of solar energy, designing customized solar solutions, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate recent leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and community events.
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess their energy needs and educate them on solar solutions.
- Perform site assessments to determine the feasibility and optimal design for solar panel installations.




- Design tailored solar energy systems using proprietary software and present detailed proposals to clients.
- Clearly articulate the financial benefits, environmental impact, and long-term value of switching to solar power.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current solar technology, market trends, and financing options.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
