About the company:

- We are starting a social impact venture which helps farmers do regenerative farming of high demand crops and then we help them sell their produce at fair prices in the global markets
- We help global brands source high-quality products with farm-to-batch level traceability and help them meet their sustainability, and fair-trade goals
- Our products are turmeric, ginger, saffron and aromatic rice. Our target markets are; US, Japan and Netherlands
- Our founding team is comprised of business builders from top management consulting firm, veteran farmers, microbiologists, and agronomists. We are headquartered in Gurgaon and currently operate from our Noida, sector 63 office

Role
- Lead the sourcing of organic products for export purpose
- Coordinate with and create self-help groups,



sourcing companies, manufacturers and traders to source the product
- Products include organic turmeric, ginger, saffron and exotic rice
- Take care of organic and other certifications like EU organic, Demeter, USDA Organic, Natureland etc
- Take care of quality checks like microbiology tests, pesticides test, COA etc with third party labs
- Occasionally travel to factories and farms for quality audits

Requirements:
- A candidate with passion to work in social impact sector, with commuities and willing to travel
- 2-3 years of experience in agriculture or food related sourcing
- A degree in agriculture or biochemistry or food sector
- Must work from office - NO WORK FROM HOME
