Role Description:

The Chief Project Manager - Civil will oversee and manage all aspects of civil projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include planning, executing, monitoring, and closing infrastructure and civil engineering projects. This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 10+ Years Experience Required.
- Proven expertise in Project Management and Construction Management.
- Demonstrated experience in handling a team of 7+ Project Managers.
- Strong understanding of Budgeting and cost control measures to ensure efficient project execution within financial constraints.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and extensive experience with infrastructure projects.
- Ability to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects and teams effectively.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills for stakeholder management and team coordination.
