Job Description - Senior Business Development Executive (BDE)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive with experience in Recruitment Services, IT Services, and AI Implementation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of bringing in new clients, generating business opportunities, and managing end-to-end sales activities in the US market - backed by strong cold calling and communication skills across staffing, IT solutions, and emerging AI services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

New Client Acquisition:
- Identify, target, and onboard recent direct clients in the US market across recruitment, IT services, and AI implementation.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, HR/TA leaders, and procurement teams.

Recruitment Services - Onboarding New Clients:




- Acquire new clients requiring staffing, contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement services (US IT staffing focus).
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams to fulfil requirements on time.
- Negotiate MSAs, rate cards, and SLAs; build a repeatable pipeline of staffing accounts.

IT Services:
- Position and sell IT services (development, cloud, digital transformation, support, and consulting) to mid-market and enterprise clients in the US.
- Translate client business challenges into tailored IT solution proposals with pre-sales/technical teams.
- Manage end-to-end deal cycles from discovery to closure.

AI Implementation:
- Sell AI implementation services - agentic AI, workflow automation, CRM/sales automation, and AI tooling integration.
- Educate prospects on AI use cases and ROI, and build the offering into a growing revenue line.
