Effingut Breweries, established in 2014, is a craft beer pioneer known for its passion for quality brewing and experimentation. With five brewpubs across Mumbai and Pune and a team of around 300 agile professionals, Effingut focuses on creating food and beer experiences that break away from the conventional. Guests can choose from 10–15 rotating beers on tap, including styles inspired by global traditions and recipes using local ingredients to highlight Indian flavors. All beers, ciders, and meads are handcrafted, fresh, and made without chemicals or artificial additives, complemented by a diverse multicuisine food menu. Role Description
The Regional Sales Head is a full-time, hybrid role based in Osmanabad, with some flexibility for work-from-home as business needs allow. This role is responsible for driving regional sales growth, managing key accounts,



and expanding market presence for Effingut’s craft beers and related products. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, overseeing distributor and retail relationships, negotiating pricing and contracts, and monitoring sales performance against targets. The Regional Sales Head will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and brewpub teams to support promotions, events, and product launches, while ensuring consistent brand representation across the region. The role also involves leading and mentoring a regional sales team, conducting regular field visits, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales forecasts and reports for senior leadership.
