Job Title : Line Supervisor – Stitching Unit

Experience: 4–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Garment Technology or equivalent

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising the stitching line and ensuring production is completed on time with good quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise stitching operators and helpers.
- Allocate workers and machines as per production requirements.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor production quantity and quality.
- Ensure proper stitching methods and operation sequence are followed.
- Check and reduce stitching defects, rejection, and rework.
- Maintain smooth production flow and line balancing.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Cutting, Finishing, and Maintenance teams.
- Report machine problems and production issues to the concerned department.
- Train and guide operators when required.




- Maintain daily production records and reports.
- Monitor worker attendance and discipline.
- Ensure good housekeeping and safe working practices.
- Support the Production In-Charge in achieving production and quality targets.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of stitching/sewing operations.
- Ability to manage operators and helpers.
- Knowledge of common stitching defects.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under production targets.
- Basic knowledge of production records.

Preferred Candidate: Candidate with practical experience in a garment sewing unit and good team-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
