Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving growth across multiple e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience managing campaigns across Amazon, Meta, and Google, with at least one client-side leadership stint to complement agency or consulting expertise. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance analytical rigor with creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
2. E-commerce Growth: Scale e-commerce channels by optimizing paid media, driving conversions, and improving customer lifetime value.
3. Cross-Channel Management: Oversee integrated campaigns across marketplaces, search, and social platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and performance.
4. Analytics & Optimization: Use advanced analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends,



and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and profitability.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
6. Budget Oversight: Manage ad budgets with complete accountability for spend efficiency and revenue impact.
7. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and learning.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
2. Hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads platforms.
3. At least one client-side role demonstrating ability to manage marketing from within a brand.
4. Solid analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Helium, or equivalent.
5. Proven ability to scale brands and deliver measurable business outcomes.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
