Position: Trainee Medical Coder
Experience: 0–1 year / Freshers
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assign appropriate medical codes based on documentation.
- Ensure accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures.
- Follow medical coding guidelines and company quality standards.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity targets.
- Identify documentation discrepancies and seek clarification when required.
- Work closely with the team and attend required training sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and medical information.

Eligibility:
- Certified / Non-certified candidates can apply.
- Candidates with knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and medical coding are preferred.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Specialties: Urology, E&M;, Radiology, Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
