2. Product Knowledge
- Maintain excellent knowledge of jewellery products, designs, collections and offers.
- Explain product specifications, making charges, gold/diamond pricing and applicable schemes accurately.
- Keep updated about current launches, promotions and company policies.

3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers for pending enquiries and prospective sales.
- Contact existing customers for new collections, offers, occasions and repeat purchases.
- Support customer retention and referral generation.

4. Showroom Operations




- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery as per company standards.
- Ensure products are handled carefully and returned to their designated locations after customer interaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the sales area.
- Follow all security, inventory and operational procedures.

5. Sales Documentation & Coordination
- Ensure accurate preparation of quotations, orders and other required documents.
- Coordinate with billing, inventory, accounts and other departments for smooth order processing.
- Ensure customer information and sales-related records are properly maintained.

6. After-Sales Service
- Coordinate with customers regarding repairs, alterations, exchanges and other after-sales requirements.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up until the customer's concern is resolved.
