Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA teams to understand business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

* Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, discussions, and stakeholder meetings.

* Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

* Work closely with UI/UX, development, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

* Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Create process flows, workflows, wireframes, and functional documentation where required.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and business objectives.





* Support the Product Owner/Project Manager in backlog grooming and requirement prioritization.

* Review developed features against business requirements and support UAT activities.

* Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of proposed changes.

* Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.

* Maintain requirement documentation and ensure changes are properly tracked.

* Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and business insights for decision-making.

Required Skills

* 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.

* Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

* Good requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.

* Ability to convert business requirements into clear functional specifications.
