Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Architect with experience in designing and implementing enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of MDM principles, methodologies, governance frameworks, and operating models, with the ability to define enterprise-wide MDM processes, business requirements, and implementation roadmaps. While experience with MDM platforms (such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, Semarchy, etc.) is desirable,



the primary requirement is expertise in establishing MDM strategy and best practices rather than proficiency in a specific tool.

Key Responsibilities

Define and establish enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, framework, and implementation methodology.

Work with business stakeholders to identify master data domains (Customer, Product, Vendor, Supplier, etc.) and define master data requirements.

Lead MDM discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and business process discussions.

Design enterprise MDM operating models, governance processes, stewardship workflows, and data ownership models.

Define data quality standards, business rules, matching strategies, survivorship rules, and Golden Record methodology.

Collaborate with enterprise architects, data architects, and business teams to develop scalable MDM solutions.
