Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
ITOM Developer & CMDB Developer
to design, develop, and support IT Operations Management solutions, primarily on the
ServiceNow platform
. The role involves working closely with infrastructure, monitoring,



and operations teams to deliver scalable and automated ITOM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
- Configure and customize Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and schedules.
- Build and maintain Service Mapping (Top-down/Tag-based) for business services.
- Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions.
- Implement ITOM best practices and improve operational efficiency through automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design.
- Assist in upgrades, patching, and instance health activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in
ServiceNow ITOM
.
- Solid experience in:

- Event Managemen
