JOB DESCRIPTION SEO EXPERT

ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a performance-oriented SEO Expert who will be responsible for improving the company’s online visibility, organic search rankings, website traffic, and organic lead generation.

The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO, along with the ability to analyse data, identify growth opportunities, and execute SEO strategies that deliver measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SEO Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and lead-generation objectives.
- Plan monthly SEO activities and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyse competitors and identify opportunities to outperform them in search results.

2. Keyword Research
- Conduct extensive keyword research based on search volume,



competition, relevance, and business potential.
- Identify high-intent keywords for property/project-related searches.
- Develop keyword strategies for location-based and local SEO.

3. On-Page SEO
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking and content structure.
- Ensure proper keyword placement and content optimization.
- Identify and improve underperforming pages.
- Implement internal linking strategies to improve rankings and user navigation.

4. Technical SEO
- Monitor website crawling, indexing and technical health.
- Identify and coordinate resolution of issues related to broken links, redirects, duplicate content, canonical tags, sitemap, robots.txt, page speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Work closely with the website/development team for technical SEO implementation.
