Job Description :- We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Ranchi. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements and maintaining effective communication.
Key Responsibilities :-
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements.
Explain products/services and answer customer queries.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Requirements :-
Good verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable working in a US shift.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and customer-friendly approach.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Ranchi.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
