We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end volume hiring for front-line sales roles across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, vendors and other channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, documentation and joining.
- Drive candidate engagement and improve offer-to-joining conversion.
- Manage daily/weekly recruitment targets and MIS.
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers and recruitment funnel data.
- Coordinate with vendors and business teams for hiring requirements.
Key Skills:
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI/Insurance/Sales hiring.
- Experience in bulk/volume hiring preferred.
- Strong sourcing, communication and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
