Are you an experienced Export Documentation professional with strong knowledge of shipment coordination and customer handling?

Combined Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Export Documentation & Customer Experience Senior Executive to join our team and manage end-to-end export documentation and shipment coordination.

What You’ll Handle:

Export Documentation – FCL/LCL & Air Shipments
Booking & Shipment Coordination with Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, Consolidators & Airlines
Shipping Instructions (SI) preparation & submission
MBL / HBL draft & final documentation
ODeX, VGM, Shipping Bills & Forwarding Notes
BL Surrender & Invoice Requests
Coordination with CHA & Customs for smooth clearance
ISF & AMS Filing for US Shipments
Shipment tracking & monitoring of ETD, Gate-In,



SI Cut-off & BL Cut-off
Coordination with Overseas Agents, Co-loaders, Operations & Finance Teams
Regular shipment updates through Email, WhatsApp & DSR
Handling customer queries related to shipment status, documentation, freight & delivery
Resolving documentation delays, discrepancies & customer issues
Updating shipment details in Logisys / ERP

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in Export Documentation / Freight Forwarding
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SI, MBL, HBL, ODeX, VGM, Shipping Bills, ISF & AMS
- Good understanding of Customs & Export Procedures
- Experience with Logisys or similar ERP will be an advantage
- Excellent communication, coordination & customer-handling skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and work effectively under strict cut-off deadlines
